Business process automation with n8n to take repetitive work off your hands
We connect your tools with n8n workflows that do on their own what someone does by hand today: reports, alerts, sign-ups and data transfers. We run workflows like these every day in our own operation.
Repetitive work runs itself and stays on record.
The cost of doing it all by hand
- Someone on your team builds the same report every week, copying data from several screens.
- A new contact or booking takes too long to reach the right person because the alert depends on someone remembering.
- Moving data from one program to another creates mistakes you find out about late, when a customer is already affected.
What we automate and what you get
Automated reports
Search Console, sales or lead data gathered and sent on the day you choose. Also AI analysis, such as the weekly competitor price comparison we use in tourist accommodation.
Real-time alerts
An event triggers a WhatsApp message or email: new lead, payment received, booking cancelled or task overdue. The alert carries the detail needed to act.
Data transfer between systems
API or webhook connections between CRM, invoicing, web forms and spreadsheets, with validation so a bad record doesn't spread.
AI steps under control
Classifying an email, extracting data from a document or summarising a conversation. When the outcome matters, a person approves it before it runs.
Error handling
Retries, alerts when a workflow fails and an execution history that shows what happened, when and with which record.
Documented, exportable workflows
Each workflow comes with a description and an exportable copy, and credentials stay in your accounts.
The MAPS method applied to your processes
Map
We list the repetitive tasks, the time they take and the tools they touch. We choose what to automate based on frequency, cost of each error and time recovered.
Activate
We build the highest-return workflow first, test it with real data and run it alongside the manual process until the results match.
Position
We fit the workflow into your team's routine: each alert reaches the right person on the channel they already use, and the manual step goes away.
Systemise
We review executions and errors, move on to the next processes on the list and adjust workflows when your tools change.
A good fit if
- Some tasks repeat every day or week with the same steps.
- Your tools offer APIs or webhooks and nobody has connected them yet.
- A late alert or a badly copied record costs you money.
- You want a system you can audit and extend over time.
Not for you if
- The process changes every time and relies on someone's judgement at each step.
- The task only happens a few times a year and the savings won't cover the investment.
- Your source data is a mess. It needs sorting first, because automating a mistake only repeats it faster.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to automate a process?
From €4,290, excluding tax. The final price depends on the number of workflows, the systems we connect and the error handling each process needs.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on how many exceptions the process has, the quality of the APIs involved and how quickly we get access. We give you specifics once mapping is done.
Why n8n?
Because it can be hosted on your own server, mixes visual steps with code and connects to any system with an API. Workflows can also be exported, which keeps your work from being tied to one platform.
Who owns the workflows and the data?
You do. We hand over the exported workflows and their documentation, and credentials stay in your accounts. If we ever stop working together, your team or another supplier can import them and carry on.
What happens if a workflow fails?
An alert goes out and the execution is logged with the record that caused it, so it can be reviewed and rerun. Sensitive steps are designed so a retry doesn't send something twice.
Who maintains the automations?
Tools change their APIs, so workflows need checking. We can take that on under a maintenance agreement, or your team can do it using the documentation we deliver.
