AI consulting to find where it pays off and where to start

We start with a diagnosis of your company, before recommending any tool. You come away with a list of use cases ranked by return and a plan to put them to work.

Diagnosis first, tools second.

Plenty of AI in the news, little clarity in your company

  • AI proposals land in your inbox every week and you can't tell which ones make sense for your business.
  • Your team tries tools on their own and nobody can say what each one has delivered.
  • You worry about building whole processes on one vendor and getting stuck if prices or terms change.

What you get from the consulting

Diagnosis of processes and data

We talk to the people doing the work and review your processes, systems and data to see where AI fits and where it adds nothing.

Use cases ranked by return

Each case comes with the savings or revenue it could bring, what it costs to launch and its risk. The ranking criteria are visible, so you can challenge them.

Risks and data handling

Which information can go to an outside service, which must stay in-house and what usage rules your team needs.

Tool selection without strings

We compare by use case: ChatGPT, Gemini, open models or custom development. We keep your data, instructions and processes separate from the vendor so you can switch.

Phased roadmap

Priorities, owners, estimated cost and a clear rule for deciding whether each trial continues or stops.

Findings session

We present the results to your leadership team so you can decide with everything on the table.

The MAPS method applied to AI in your company

  1. Map

We diagnose processes, data, current tools and your team's capacity. We estimate the time and cost of each candidate task.

  2. Activate

We pick the case with the best return and test it in a focused pilot, with a success metric set before we start.

  3. Position

If the pilot works, we take it into real operations with owners, usage rules and training. If it doesn't, we close it and move to the next case.

  4. Systemise

We measure what each case delivers, review costs and vendors, and update priorities as your business and the tools change.

A good fit if

  • You want to use AI in your company and need to know where to start.
  • You have tried separate tools and can't see results you could measure.
  • You are about to invest in AI and want your priorities straight before spending.
  • You worry about relying on one vendor or exposing sensitive data.

Not for you if

  • You already know exactly what you need built. In that case, go straight to development.
  • You want someone to endorse a decision you have already made.
  • Nobody in your company can take part in the diagnosis or act on its findings.

Frequently asked questions

How much does AI consulting cost?

The diagnosis starts at €790, excluding tax. The price depends on how many areas and processes we review. Whatever you decide to launch afterwards is quoted separately.

How long does the diagnosis take?

It depends on the size of the company, the number of processes and the availability of the people we talk to. We agree it with you before we start.

Do I have to hire you for the implementation?

No. The diagnosis and the roadmap are yours. You can carry them out with us, with your own team or with another supplier.

How do you avoid dependence on one tool?

We keep your data, instructions and documentation outside the vendor, in formats you can export. The pieces connect in a way that lets one model be swapped for another. If anything ties you to a tool, you will see it in writing before you decide.

Can you guarantee the return on each use case?

Nobody serious can guarantee that in advance. We give you a reasoned estimate and test it with a measured pilot, comparing the time and cost of the task before and after.

Who maintains whatever gets launched?

The roadmap sets that out case by case. A solution can be maintained by your team, a supplier or us, and each delivery includes its documentation and an internal owner.
