Custom CRM to follow every lead from first contact to closed deal

We build a CRM around your stages, your rules and the way you sell. Ours is in production and we use it every day, with lead statuses, an operator app, alerts and an immutable event log.

Every lead with an owner, a status and a next step.

Where your opportunities get lost today

  • Contacts arrive by phone, web form and WhatsApp, and each one ends up somewhere different.
  • Nobody knows who should call whom or when, so follow-up depends on each person's memory.
  • When a customer complains, you can't reconstruct what happened because the history was edited or never existed.

What your custom CRM includes

Lead statuses with rules

We turn your sales cycle into statuses and valid transitions. Every lead has an owner and a next action, and impossible jumps stop breaking your reports.

Operator app

A mobile view of what needs doing today: call, confirm, visit or close. Your team updates each lead in the field without waiting to get back to the office.

Alerts and reminders

Notifications when a lead comes in, when a follow-up falls due or when a contact has waited too long for an answer. They reach the person who needs to act, on the channel you choose.

Immutable event log

Every change is stored as an event with a date and an author, in a log that can't be edited. You can audit any lead and settle a dispute with facts.

One way in for every contact

Web forms, WhatsApp, calls and the AI receptionist all create the lead in the same system, with its source recorded and duplicates under control.

Reports on real data

Conversion by status, source and operator, plus response times. You see which channel ends in closed jobs and which status leads get stuck in.

The MAPS method applied to your CRM

  1. Map

We chart your actual sales cycle: where leads come from, who handles them, which statuses exist and where they drop off. We also review the data you already have.

  2. Activate

We launch what stops contacts getting lost first: a single way in, statuses and alerts. Everything else is added once that base works.

  3. Position

We make the CRM the one place where work happens: we migrate your contacts, train the operators and shut down the parallel lists.

  4. Systemise

We measure response times and conversion by status, automate more reminders and adjust the rules each month based on usage data.

A good fit if

  • You receive leads through several channels and need a single work queue.
  • You have operators or sales staff in the field and the office can't see their follow-up.
  • Your sales process has its own rules and a standard CRM forces you to bend them.
  • You need traceability: who did what, when and with which contact.

Not for you if

  • You handle few contacts and a standard tool covers you comfortably.
  • Your team won't record its activity, whatever the system.
  • You haven't defined how you sell yet and nobody can make time to do it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom CRM cost?

We work to a custom quote. The price depends on the number of statuses and profiles, the incoming channels, the integrations and the data migration. You get it excluding tax, once we have mapped your sales cycle.

How long until it is up and running?

It depends on how complex your sales cycle is, how many channels we connect and the state of your current data. We give you a phased plan after mapping, with lead intake and alerts as the first delivery.

Who owns the CRM code and data?

You do. Your contacts, the history and the event log can all be exported in standard formats, and we hand over the code with its documentation. If you leave, you take all your work with you.

Can you migrate data from my current CRM or spreadsheets?

Yes. We clean up duplicates, unify fields and keep whatever history can be recovered. We run a trial migration before the final switch so your team can review it.

If the log is immutable, how do I handle a data deletion request?

We keep personal data separate from the event. The contact can be deleted or anonymised while the technical trail stays intact, without identifying anyone. Your legal adviser should review the retention periods.

Who maintains the CRM once it is delivered?

That is your call. We can take it on under a maintenance agreement covering security, backups, bugs and new rules, or your team or another supplier can run it using the documentation we deliver.
