Appear in ChatGPT and other AI answers
Your customers already ask AI who to hire. We work on your website and presence so ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity understand you and have reasons to name you, and we measure what happens in each model.
If AI does not know you, it cannot recommend you.
AI answers questions about your sector, with or without you
- Someone asks ChatGPT about what you offer, gets a list of names, and yours is not on it.
- When AI talks about you it may give old or wrong details, and you never find out.
- Your website may be blocking AI crawlers through robots.txt or the firewall without anyone knowing.
What we measure and what we work on
Three separate metrics
Mention: the model names your brand. Citation: it links to your site as a source. Recommendation: it suggests you as an option when someone asks who to hire.
Tracking by model
A set of prompts, the questions your customer would ask, repeated in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity in clean sessions with no history or personalisation.
AI crawler access
We review robots.txt, firewall and server response so crawlers such as GPTBot or PerplexityBot can read what you want them to. Training and search crawlers are handled separately, and you decide.
Content a model can use
Direct answers, verifiable facts and clear service pages with structured data, so your information is easy to extract and cite.
A consistent brand across the web
The same name, description, services and area on your website, Google profile and outside profiles, so models do not confuse you with someone else.
Outside sources
We identify which websites the models cite when they talk about your sector, and work to get your business onto them with real information.
We measure by prompt and by engine
We separate mentions, citations and recommendations, because they are not worth the same.
| Prompt | ChatGPT | Gemini | Perplexity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best … agency in my city | Recommendation | Citation | Mention |
| Who does … near me? | Citation | Mention | Citation |
| Compare … providers | Mention | Not shown | Recommendation |
| How much does … cost? | Citation | Citation | Not shown |
The MAPS method applied to AI answers
Map
We define your customers' prompts and take a baseline: who appears, which sources get cited and what each model says about you.
Activate
We open access to the crawlers you approve, correct wrong details about your brand and tidy up your key pages.
Position
We publish citable content and work on the outside sources the models rely on. Your Google ranking counts too, because many answers start from search results.
Systemise
We repeat the same prompts every month, automate the logging of answers and compare mentions, citations and recommendations by model.
A good fit if
- Your customers compare options before hiring and use AI at that stage.
- You are a law firm, a professional or a service company, and trust decides the sale.
- You already have an SEO base and want to cover AI answers as well.
- You want hard data on what the models say about your brand.
Not for you if
- You want a guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend you. No such guarantee exists.
- Your website has little original content and you have no presence beyond it. Start with SEO.
- You need customers right now. This work builds over time and depends on when the models refresh their sources.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
From €840/mo, excluding taxes. The final amount depends on how many prompts, markets and languages we track and how much content needs creating.
What is the difference between a mention, a citation and a recommendation?
A mention is the model naming your brand. A citation is it linking to your site as a source. A recommendation is it suggesting you as an option when someone asks who to hire. You can collect mentions without a single recommendation, which is why we track them separately.
How do you measure something that changes with every answer?
By repeating it. We run the same prompts several times in each model, in clean sessions with no history to skew the result. That shows frequencies and trends. A single screenshot proves nothing.
When will changes show?
It depends on the model: those that look things up on the web can reflect changes sooner than those answering from their training. Your sector and outside presence also matter. After the first measurement we tell you what is reasonable to expect.
Is there a minimum term?
That is agreed before we start. Tracking gets more valuable the longer it runs, so we explain what length makes sense for you.
Do you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No. Nobody serious can guarantee a citation or recommendation in AI: the model generates the answer and it varies by prompt and session. We work on what influences it, measure it with a method and show you the progress by model.
